Ruby version changes

As described in silk’s support lifecycle, Ruby 3.2 has been removed following the end of its developer support on March 31, 2026. Along with this change, the default version of Ruby on silk has been changed from 3.3 to 3.4. You can explicitly set your desired version of Ruby if needed.

Ruby 4.0 is now available at the command-line but not yet for web applications.
