PHP version changes

As described in silk’s support lifecycle, PHP 8.1 has been removed following the end of its developer support which occurred December 31, 2025. Along with this change, the default version of PHP on silk has been changed from 8.2 to 8.3. You can explicitly set your desired version of PHP if needed.
